获奖情况：1996年被国家人事部批准为"有突出贡献的中青年科学、技术、管理专家"；主讲的《基础会计》课程2005年被评为北京市精品课程；2006年获第二届北京市高等学校教学名师奖；2007年获北京市精品教材立项；2008年北京市优秀教学团队《会计学专业系列课程教学团队》带头人；2010年被评为北京高校育人标兵。合作并主持完成的《应用导向的会计学专业实践教学体系创新设计与实践》获全国商业科技进步三等奖（1/12）、《工科大学会计学专业建设的实践与探索》2013年获北京市教学成果二等奖（1/5）、《SJ公司股权激励计划》2012年获全国工商管理硕士教指委第三届全国百篇优秀管理案例奖（1/2）、《我国有色金属行业EVA绩效评价研究》2013年获中国有色金属协会企业管理优秀论文一等奖（1/2）。
