主要研究成果：长期专注纺织品贸易及产业升级问题，对我国纺织品出口拉动经济增长和扩大内需的机制作了深入的研究，提出了一系列有针对性和实用性的建议。近5年在《国际贸易问题》等核心期刊上发表了相关论文20余篇（其中4篇被CSSCI检索，2篇为国际会议论文ISTP检索）；出版专著1部、教材2部。在专著《中国纺织品出口问题研究》中，提出了中国纺织服装产业应该积极与纺织强国合作，并探索了国家产业间合作的前沿问题。由其主持的"奥运经济与北京纺织服装竞争力提升研究"项目的研究成果对优化北京纺织服装产业结构、提升北京市纺织服装产业国际竞争力提供了理论支持。先后主持教育部人文社科项目1项、信息产业部和北京市教委项目各1项，企业项目1项。
获奖情况：2005获北方工业大学师德先进；2006-2007获北方工业大学优秀共产党员2008获校优秀研究生导师，2009年，所指导的研究生获石景山科协优秀成果一等奖。2010校优秀工作者。

Research achievements: Mr. Jiang has long been engaged in the textile business and the industrial upgrade, and has carried on a thorough research on the mechanism that textile export leads China's economy and expands the domestic demand, and has put forward a series of targeted and practical propositions. Mr. Jiang has published about twenty pieces of articles relevant to the project mentioned above in the national core periodical (four articles being retrieval by CSSCI, two articles being retrieval by international conference paper TSTP); besides that, he has publish one book, two textbooks. In Mr. Jiang's book , he proposed that domestic textile and clothing industry should have cooperation actively with the textile powers in the world, and investigated the front issues of the industry cooperation between countries. Mr. Jiang presided over the project "Research on Beijing Olympic economy and the competitive forces of Beijing's textile and clothing industry"; the research achievements provide theoretical support to the optimization of Beijing's textile and clothing industry structures, and improvement of the international competitive forces of this industry. As principal investigator, he has completed one project from social sciences in the Ministry of Education Humanities, one project from The Ministry of Information Industry, one project from The Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and one project on enterprise.
