朱嫣婷

教师简介

朱嫣婷,管理学博士,经济管理学院讲师,专注于组织行为与人力资源管理领域的研究。研究兴趣广泛,涵盖领导力、员工主动行为、员工创新、心理契约、组织公民行为等多个领域。研究成果发表在多个SSCI期刊上,如《Personnel Psychology》《Current Psychology》《Frontiers in Psychology》《Psychological Reports》等。曾有过多年在国际知名跨国企业人力资源部工作的经验。在社会服务方面,担任《Current Psychology》等SSCI期刊匿名审稿人。主讲课程有人力资源管理、管理研究方法、管理心理学等。
