邓鑫，经济学博士，经济管理学院副教授，硕士研究生导师。主要研究领域为人力资本和社会资本的形成机制、社会资本对绿色低碳发展的影响机制、区域文化与制度的交互作用框架及其对经济社会的影响等。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，国家社会科学基金项目1项，北京市社会科学基金项目1项。在《International Review of Economics & Finance》《Finance Research Letters》《International Review of Financial Analysis》等SSCI、SCI、CSSCI收录期刊发表论文10余篇，出版学术专著1部，主持或参与横向项目3项。
